Not quite Craigslist, but close
I posted a fake ad in the personals section, because from time to time, I like to do that. It amuses me, and I like to see if anyone gets the joke.
Today, I received this spam response, which I thought I would share with you, because it evokes a funny image.

I know I'm asking alot, but trust me, I'm worth it
And pretend I'm yelling at you so it really gets through your head
I enjoy the beach, bowling, going out for a bite and having a few drinks, or cooking at home

That's a direct copy and paste. No monkeying around with it or anything.
The image that I love that came with it is the image of some chick yelling at me: "I ENJOY THE BEACH, BOWLING, GOING OUT FOR A BIT AND HAVING A FEW DRINKS, OR COOKING AT HOME"
Just picture that in your head for a moment.

Alright, so, here's the deal
It's been a LONG time since we've gotten an episode out, I know. And I feel you are all owed an explanation, for hanging in there and keeping with us.
Unfortunately, the problem is that both Zoey and I are kind of going crazy with life right now, and neither of us has the time we need to properly devote to the podcast. I know Zoey is busy with REAL LIFE and I'm busy trying to pick up all the shifts I can get so I can recoup from a transmission repair, and also have enough money to buy a new engine head in my car.
Yay.
So. While we both have loved doing the podcast, and want to continue doing it, right now, it's not totally feasible. So the podcast is going on a hiatus, maybe indefinite, probably not. I think we'll be back sometime soon, and I hope we'll be able to get a little more organized in our lives that we'll be able to bring you our little show on a regular basis.
I want to thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart for listening, and for contributing, and for spreading the word about us. We don't have any sort of celebrity endorsement, no one famous is on our show, and we don't cover anything anyone cares about, so getting our show out there had to rely on word of mouth, and I thank you all for helping us with that. I know Zoey feels the same way, and would tell you that also.
As of right now, we have one episode all edited and done, and just needs publishing. We have one that's recorded, and needs to be edited, and we have two Romantic Writing posts that are ready to be uploaded as well. After we get those out to you, I don't know how long it will be until we are back.
Don't unsubscribe, because I PROMISE we will be back eventually, and you'll want to know about it when it happens. Keep in touch. I've loved hearing from everyone who's written in, and from meeting people all over the world because of this stupid little show we do.
I'll try and post some stuff here for your amusement, maybe do a post of the day/week or something. I feel I owe you all that much.
